Team lead industrial automation

With your knowledge and experience, you will independently lead your team in project work. You will analyze and prioritize project requirements and coordinate and delegate tasks within the project team.

Specifically, this means that you will have an overview of all project phases, from quotation calculation and control programming to commissioning and production support.

You will define goals for the team and team members, track them, and take action if goals are at risk.

You will always focus on the continuous professional development of your team and team members.

Furthermore, you will communicate with management about deadlines, status reports, and organizational matters, and share relevant information with your team.

You will be responsible for medium- and long-term resource planning within your team

You have a university degree in natural sciences, IT, or engineering, and you find it easy to familiarize yourself with new technical topics

You enjoy leading, coaching, and developing a team in the field of PLC programming based on trust, motivation, and success

You are interested in growing into a leadership role, expanding the professional and technical expertise of your team, and supporting your employees in the long term

Professional experience in team leadership and/or industrial automation is desirable

You speak German and English very well.

You are willing to travel extensively.
