Leipzig, Germany / Rhode Island, USA - ekvip automation GmbH is pleased to announce the acquisition of Manz USA, Inc. effective July 21, 2025, strengthening its international presence and expanding its service portfolio in the United States. As part of this transition, Manz USA, Inc. will rebrand as ekvip USA, Inc. on October 1, 2025.

Through this acquisition, ekvip has secured the intellectual property rights from Manz Germany, including the Manz software platform as well as mechanical and electrical design files. This ensures continued service and support for existing Manz customers worldwide under the ekvip brand.

Expanding Services in the U.S.

In addition to supporting all existing Manz systems, ekvip USA, Inc. will expand its service offerings to include the following:

• PLC programming (Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen-Bradley)

• Commissioning and service support for other machine builders and system integrators across the United States
